Are you still away? I'm curious to see how your adventure turns out. I'm really jealous, I really want to do that but I can't afford it. I can't afford the trip at least and I need a travel bud because I'm too chicken to do it by myself. You spent quite a few days in barcelona, do you have a plan or are you just playing it by ear?
We've played it all by ear so far, we just came out to europe with a vague idea of what direction we wanted to travel (east) and we've done it on a day by day basis. As for travelling yourself, I'd strongly suggest getting a buddy to go with, travelling on your own is tougher because you have no-one to point out the obvious flaws in your plans, give alternate suggestions, and more importantly, it's a lot safer to go with a partner.
