I was not using retard in a manner intended to cause offence to the mentally disabled, therefore, it is not offensive. If someone who is mentally disabled contacts me expressing anger at my use of the word, I would more than happily change it, but as such, I DONT GIVE A FUCK WHAT YOU THINK >:(
