I don't know, I've tried to get back into it, I honestly have, but I just feel lost and confused with it. So many new places and things and I feel like a relic of a bygone era.

Haha, I knew not "upgrading" my PC from XP to vista was a great idea. Knowing Microsoft, I suspected a new OS coming soon.
I've investigated a bit about Windows 7 and I think it's pretty cool, and seeing you jumping of joy because you say windows 7 is the shit, I'm convinced :P
Thank god it's coming out soon (Aus.) Windows Vista sucks. At least they kept XP support until 7 came out

I heard it's just like Windows Vista, except minus all of the problems. How much cheaper can you get it by using the Beta, and then buying it vs. just buying it?
Well, you don't save anything in the long run, but in the short run it's completely free until march next year.
EDIT: also, it's not a beta. it's the release candidate, it's a stage after beta in the creation progress.

I haven't had any problems with Vista yet, but I'll be sure to illegally down...er...LEGALLY PURCHASE it when it's available in Australia. ;)

Yeah, it's nice to see people are genuinely saying good things about this, none of vista's limping onto the scene, V7RC certainly does seem like a nugget of gold.
