It's alright.
Not as amazing as it's hyped up to be, but I imagine I'll settle in more over the duration of the next few years.
EDIT: I take it back. I just spent four hours playing Rock Band and screeching along to Hysteria in a basement full of nerds in the Computer and Video Game Society.

I've been trying to do a personal statement today. It's possibly the most horrible thing I've ever had to do.
I had no real problem with mine. Just lay out everything you've ever done that could be viewed as a positive in bullet points, get them in the right order, then just flesh them out gradually until you have a page of bullshit.
are you at least close to home? or are you far away?
because i found out that it made a big difference in my mood knowing that home was close to when it wasn't... i ended up transferring because of it... call it melancholy i guess

My accounting professor is awesome. He used to play poker professionally, and he's like, every stereotype of a professor, he's 67, wild hair, bald spot, twee jacket, etc.
Except he keeps trying to say how accounting will help us chat up girls because they make up fancy terms like 'Qualitative characteristics' to mean 'good things'.
